1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VetBox website, mobile applications, and subscription services (collectively, the "Service") operated by ManyPets Ltd ("VetBox", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

VetBox operates on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a monthly cycle. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice — you will be notified before any change takes effect. You can view your billing history and upcoming charges in your account dashboard.

5. Products and Treatments

All veterinary treatments included in VetBox are licensed products approved by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD). Treatment plans are tailored to the information you provide about your pet. It is your responsibility to ensure pet details (species, weight, age, health conditions) are accurate and up to date. VetBox is not a substitute for veterinary advice — if your pet is unwell, please consult a vet.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch boxes according to the schedule shown in your dashboard. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We deliver to UK mainland addresses; deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands may take longer. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days.

7. Customisation and Selection Deadlines

Before each box is dispatched, you will have a window to customise add-on products. The deadline for changes is shown in your dashboard. After the selection deadline, your box contents are locked and cannot be modified. Scheduled treatments prescribed for your pet are included automatically and cannot be removed.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will receive any boxes already paid for. Refund requests for delivered boxes will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply where relevant.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VetBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to VetBox and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
